Children with mental health disorder could be sensitive to daylight saving time change

COLUMBUS, OH — Health officials at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Ohio said maintaining a healthy sleep schedule for a child or adolescent is necessary for well-being. For children or adolescents with a mental or behavioral health diagnosis, sleep is especially vital, they said.
